Bring water to stay hydrated, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off), and water shoes or crocs to walk into the lake.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Within the session, stay in the sauna for no longer than 20 minutes at a time (recommended sessions of 5–15 minutes).
Only swimwear may be worn in the sauna; no nudity. Remove hanging jewellery before entering. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in or around the sauna.
