Full-spectrum skinning and deboning instruction
The workshop concentrates on the practical sequence of skinning and taking apart a roe deer, giving participants hands-on time with each step so they learn the anatomy and technique needed for clean, respectful processing.
Bones, tendons and hides examined up close
In addition to meat processing, the instructors show what else of the animal can be used — bringing examples of bones, pezen (tendons) and huiden (skins) for study and discussion.
Plan to bring containers for roughly 4–5 kg of meat
Participants should bring sturdy ziplock bags (not the smallest sizes) and a cooler suitable for about 4–5 kg of meat; coolers are shuttled to and from the parking area so you won’t have to carry them far.
