Over roughly 90 minutes you are welcomed at the cellar door, introduced to an Aboriginal Elder, and guided through a compact, sensory-driven program: storytelling and a didgeridoo demonstration, close inspection of artefacts and traditional tools, sampling of seasonal native plants where possible, then a seated tasting led by the winemaker that explains how indigenous botanicals are incorporated into the wines.
