This is a bespoke programme: across two days the coach will tailor sessions to the specific areas you want to develop, working with you to structure learning and progression rather than delivering a one‑size‑fits‑all syllabus.
Advanced paddling, rescue and safety
The course concentrates on refining personal paddling technique and advanced rescue and safety skills so you leave better prepared to handle demanding river situations and guide others safely.
Live group leadership opportunities
As required, the coach may introduce a live group for you to lead, creating real‑time mentoring and assessment‑style experience under supervision to develop your group‑management and decision‑making skills.

What the two days feel like
Two focused days of coaching move between on‑land briefings and on‑water practice. Each morning and afternoon the coach will review your aims, place emphasis on specific technical or leadership drills, and run ongoing reviews so the programme evolves with your progress.
