Extended interactive tours take about one and a half hours; arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start to complete security procedures.
Each participant must carry a valid official identification document (national ID card, passport or driving licence); paper copies or photos of ID are not acceptable. Small bags are permitted but there is no possibility to store luggage on site.
The Visitors Service operates on weekdays only; it is closed on weekends, official UN holidays and there are no tours during the year‑end period.
