Broomsticks are offered in three sizes: 24", 36", and 48"; you choose the size that feels right during the workshop.
Is the workshop wheelchair accessible?
No. The building is an old brick structure with stairs and the workshop is not handicap accessible.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Tickets purchased prior to September 17 and after November 11 are refundable with a 24-hour cancellation by email to [email protected]. All ticket sales between September 17 and November 11 are final and non-refundable. The operator enforces a strict cancellation policy but may accommodate schedule changes if space allows.
Can children wait in the waiting area?
There is a limited seating area for one or two guests; parents may not leave children unattended in the waiting area.
What paperwork is required?
By purchasing a ticket you and your ticketed guests agree to a liability waiver, which includes a release of liability for the workshop and a photo release; the waiver is available at the operator's liability-waiver link.
