How the class unfolds
You arrive at a central Birmingham marquee, are assigned to one of the twelve stations, then partner up to learn the techniques for a light, fluffy Victoria Sponge. Over the 2 hour 15 minute session you prepare the sponge, make the filling, decorate your creation and finally sit down with tea to taste your work—everything you need is supplied and the team handles the cleanup.

Do I need to bring ingredients or tools?
