What the day feels like
What the session feels like
The 30‑minute flow begins with a meditation to draw awareness inward and relax the body, followed by a guided connection to an elemental focus to help still the mind. A sequence of sound instruments — crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes and gongs — carries vibrations through the body to sustain a peaceful state; the session closes with a meditation intended to open the chakras and ready participants for the day.
