Participants are asked to bring their own ziplock bags (not the smallest) and a cooler large enough for roughly 4–5 kg of meat; coolers will be picked up from and returned to the parking area.

Where do we meet?
Participants meet at the Staatsbosbeheer parking in Leersum (Maarsbergseweg 18a, 3956 KW); from there it’s about a 25-minute walk into Leersums Veld to the site.
What should I bring for meat storage?
Bring ziplock bags (not the smallest) and a cooler sized for approximately 4–5 kg of meat; the operator will pick up and return coolers from the parking so you won’t need to carry them on the walk.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes—participants should be aged 16 and older; younger participants can attend only after prior consultation with the operator.
Will we walk to the site?
Yes—the walk from the parking to the workshop site takes about 25 minutes through the forest.
