What the day feels like

What the session feels like

Participants recline on the yurt floor on mats and pillows provided, close their eyes and simply listen as Alejandro and Bobi weave a dynamic sound field. The intent is to draw attention away from inner chatter and to use vibration and resonance to guide a meditative, deeply relaxed state.
