Very nice, it's the second time I've gone up and it's really worth every second. Even though the night will get super cold and even more so this year it is very cold, the experience is still worth a lot 💪🏼💕 If you want to go, be well prepared. To climb, do a lot of exercise (everything that is cardio) and to sleep you have to bring good equipment to be able to stay. Remember that for the new improvements that have been made, you have to pay entry and camp. The place is nice, but they should fix the bathrooms because when I went they said there was no water for the bathrooms. They should also put more platforms because if you arrive late you have to sleep on the floor and it is colder. And they should have a red cross in case someone gets sick from altitude sickness. But it is a beautiful experience that you will never forget, I recommend doing it✨

The Barú Volcano is a unique experience for those seeking adventure and nature at its best. At 3,475 meters high, it is the highest point in Panama and one of the few places in the world where, on a clear day, you can see both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans from the top. The ascent route is demanding, with steep paths and uneven terrain, but every step is worth it for the spectacular landscapes it offers. During the tour, you will pass through various ecosystems with an impressive variety of flora and fauna, including quetzals and other animals characteristic of the region. However, the weather can be unpredictable, with very cold temperatures at the summit, so it is essential to be well prepared with appropriate clothing and enough water. Despite the physical challenge, the satisfaction of reaching the top and watching the sunrise is indescribable. It is an unforgettable adventure for those who enjoy hiking and seek a deep connection with nature. Without a doubt, an essential experience for mountain lovers!
