It is a helluva scramble to get down to the base, but what a beautiful waterfall. Be careful and enjoy.

What an amazing set of waterfalls near Highlands and Cashiers, NC not an easy trail by any stretch of the imagination but very rewarding to those that do it! I can’t say enough about get out and see for yourself because the pictures don’t do this justice.

Short hike but very steep and slick terrain. Be careful if you decide to venture there as it's hard to get good foot hold. The trail isn't marked so have issues getting down to falls.

This one is a great adventure! It is definitely a downhill scramble. There were ropes at the end of the trail but you need to take your own ropes in case these age or are removed. The waterfall was beautiful and worth the effort!

Quite the steep hike down. Towards the end there are ropes to hold onto to sort of repel down the steeper parts. The waterfall and pool at the bottom are worth the hike.
