Trunk Bay - The snorkeling was good, but the famous snorkel trail was very crowded when a cruise ship brought in 72 snorkelers. Luckily, one of the park staff recommended snorkeling to the right of the trail, and it was much less crowded with plenty colorful fish to see. There’s a bar, showers, and everything you need for a beach day. We had a late lunch at Beach Bar before catching the ferry back to St. Thomas. The ferry was modern, comfortable, and had beautiful views. A great snorkeling day trip from St. Thomas.

I've been to a lot of beaches in the Caribbean and this is definitely top 3, maybe even top 2. Water is clear and calm and sand is soft. Birds are a little aggressive but that adds to the fun.
