A truly incredible place. We came with the MSC cruise (KEF43 - THE HEART OF THE GLACIER AND THE ICE CAVE) and everything was very well organized. Our guide Oty, very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour included a delicious lunch. Family trip with daughters.

Loved it. Tour guy was amazing. And there was this really friendly giant robot there that wouldn't stop stop talking about some kid named Bogart.

We chose this tour to the glacier because it sounded the most friendly, since we were going with 3 children and 2 elderly people 👵🏻. The meeting point has a small restaurant with à la carte food such as hamburgers and pizzas, but they also have a buffet option with salads, soups, etc. You can also buy coffee and hot chocolate. They have bathrooms with handicapped accessibility. There they transported us in a truck 🚌 to the base, where they could lend boots, raincoats, waterproof overalls for children and adults, they also had bathrooms but they were no longer accessible ♿️. There they transferred us to a small 4x4 truck with large windows to see how we traveled along the glacier until we reached the cave. The cave is small but with unparalleled views. They lend you spikes so you don't skid on the ice. They also lent us a small sled for our toddler who refused to continue walking 🙊 Highly highly recommended. An experience that we will never forget.
