Beachfront Bliss: Naminoue Beach in Okinawa

It is such a weird beach. Location is in very near to the city center. It's view is partially blocked by the elevated road. The sand and the waters are amazing clean. It gave me a mixed feeling but overall the vibes is relaxing and refreshing. The place is best enjoyed by walking.

Good accessibility. A beach that children can enjoy. For reference, if you are going to walk, be careful because there is an entertainment district on the way. Even though I went to bed at 9 a.m., I was still solicited.

It is a tourist beach that can be easily accessed, and it has been expanded to the point where it straddles Naminoue Shrine. However, because you can't go in a straight line, the beaches on the ocean side are more empty. Anyway, there are a lot of foreigners here. In recent years, food trucks have also come out and the place has become lively. The kitchen car has reasonable prices for tourists. I had jerk chicken and fries and it was pretty decent. There are lifeguards, but they are not very helpful. Sometimes I'm just talking and not looking. In any case, it seems to be difficult for Asian foreigners and Japanese DQN to frequently enter prohibited areas. I try to run up to them and call out to them directly, but I can't help but think that they should have put warning signs on the no-trespassing fences or used whistles to warn them. There is a place to throw away trash only on the main beach, which is rare in Okinawa. There are showers and toilets, so it's good for children. However, please note that smoking is allowed on the beach and other places. Adults can also drink and relax.

懐かしく年に何回か寄りますがネコがいたり、カラスやハトがいたりと、不衛生なビーチです。飲食をする人がいるせいなのでしょう。景色もいい訳ではなく、那覇市内のビーチなので近場のホテルに滞在してる人は、波の上神宮とセットで、楽しめます。
