Sessions meet Thursdays from 7:00 PM–9:00 PM; the actual pool time for the rolling portion is about 1.5 hours. Arrive early to check in at the Plunge.
Bring a bathing suit or shorts, towel, change of clothes, and warm layer to put on afterward; nose plugs/earplugs, goggles or a face mask if sensitive to chlorine. Do not bring valuables—there is no secure storage.
If you plan to practice in your own boat, it must be clean of debris, sand, and dirt and must float properly before entering; remove float bags that trap debris. Limited kayak rentals are available—call 510-893-7833 to reserve.
Parking is street only—read posted signs. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle; the operator is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Yes—after learning the roll you can return to practice in your own boat during practice sessions. There is a $20 pool fee for practicing with your own kayak; your boat must be clean and free of debris.
